I don’t have a credit card. Can I still place an order?

We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Diner’s Club cards. Please note that online orders may be executed with real-time credit card processing, and your card may be charged before your order ships. If you don’t have a PayPal account or a Visa, Mastercard or Diner’s Club card, we do accept mailed-in orders with a check or money order. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

The time it takes for the shipment to reach you depends on which shipping method you choose and the distance between your location and Austin, TX.

I can’t place more than one item in my shopping cart.

It's not a high tech solution, but after you have added the first item to your shopping cart, try clicking on the menu along the left hand side of your screen to go directly to the section of your next item instead of clicking the "Keep Shopping" button.

How do I make a change to an existing order?

It may not be possible to make a change to an order after it has been processed by our order fulfillment company. We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please use our contact form and let us know.



Where is my confirmation email and/or tracking number?

Moments after you place your order, our fulfillment company downloads your order and sends you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the confirmation email may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect email address. 

All orders shipped via UPS are assigned a unique tracking number. Once your package is shipped by our fulfillment company, you will receive an e-mail stating the tracking number for your shipment. You may check the status of your shipment on the UPS website.

International Standard Shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks for delivery, although these orders sometimes take longer due to delays in customs. No tracking information is available for orders shipped outside the United States. International and military orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound and outbound processing.

UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping usually takes 2-5 days for delivery, though these orders can sometimes be delayed by customs. Tracking information is available for these orders.



I lost my gift certificate code. Now what do I do?

If you have received a gift certificate and lost the code or you sent a gift certificate that was never received, we can retrieve the code for you and resend it. Please contact our customer service department using the contact form here.



My shirt/hoodie doesn’t fit. How do I exchange it?

If you order a garment that doesn't fit you, you can exchange it for one that fits you better. Just contact our customer service department using the contact form here, and they will respond with return instructions.

In your message, be sure to include your order number, as well as well as the item(s) you would like to return and receive in exchange.

Do you ship outside the US?

We ship to nearly every country in the world. Our international shipping options are listed when entering your shipping address. The shipping and handling rates vary based on the weight of the items in your order. Rates are calculated before checkout is complete, so feel free to try multiple methods for the best fit.

Will I be charged customs duties when my international package arrives?

The Homestar Store does not charge, collect or pay duty or Customs charges for packages shipped outside the USA.

However, Customs regulations vary by country and you may be charged additional fees for customs duty or GST (Goods and Services Tax) when the package arrives.

Please check with your local customs or postal authority regarding shipments from the US to your country to learn specific information regarding such charges.

I have a product suggestion. Where should I send it?

Please send your suggestion to homestarrunner2001@yahoo.com. We do keep track of the types of products our customers suggest and we sometimes introduce new products depending on the number of requests. After multiple requests for polo-type shirts and for patches, we added those items to our store.

Can my school, band or youth group put your characters on our t-shirts?

We do not allow licensing of our trademarked characters. If you put our characters on your own shirt, you will be in violation of our intellectual property rights! We cannot print personalized or custom editions of our existing shirt designs. Thanks for thinking of us, though.
